Elli, a skilled hairdresser by trade, is also the proud owner of our sister salon, PSR Hair Lounge. Alongside Aleisha, she works behind the scenes to ensure both PSR and EA Collective deliver exceptional experiences for every guest. A dedicated mother of three, Elli perfectly balances the demands of family life with running two successful businesses. While managing the challenges of motherhood and entrepreneurship isn’t easy, Elli thrives on the challenge, bringing passion, drive, and heart to everything she does.

As co-owner of EA Collective and the driving force behind scenes, Aleisha ensures that every guest enjoys an exceptional, hair spa experience. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for hair care, she works tirelessly behind the scenes to curate the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and expert treatments that define EA Collective

Abby, our friendly Front of House team member at EA Collective Originally from Kerang, Abby brings a warm and welcoming energy to every guest she interacts with. Whether you're booking an appointment or just need assistance, she’s here to make your visit seamless and enjoyable. Abby works on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, so be sure to say hello when you’re in!

Hair Spa Therapist

Jess is one of our bubbly part-time Hair Spa Therapist and when she is not at the spa she is caring for our elderly community as a part-time Personal Care Worker. A mum of two, Jess brings her caring and nurturing nature to everything she does. Originally from Swan Hill, she loves making clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated during their visits. Jess works with us on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every second Sunday.

Jordie is one of our talented part-time Hair Spa Therapist and qualified Hairdresser from Swan Hill. With a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, Jordie brings both creativity and care to every service. She works with us on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

Cassidy is one of our vibrant part-time Hair Spa Therapist who recently moved to Swan Hill from South Africa with her family. With her outgoing personality and passion for helping clients unwind, Cassidy brings a refreshing energy to every appointment. She works with us on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Jamie is one of the talented Hair Spa Therapist at E.A Collective. From a hairdressing background at Paper Scissors Rock, she has a deep passion for hair health and a wealth of knowledge in Kerastase products, she’s here to bring a luxurious, tailored experience to every client. From in salon treatments to personalised product advice. Jamie is here Saturday and Sunday once a month.

Hair Spa Therapist

Jayla is one of our Hair Spa Therapist, coming in with her hairdressing and styling experience she provides the ultimate relaxing experience. Jayla is another team member from Paper Scissors Rock, she has a big understanding on Kerastse, scalp and hair care. You’ll see Jayla on a Saturday and Sunday once a month.
