POLICIES
Deposits:
All bookings require a 50% deposit of your service price, this will secure your booking.
Deposits can be made online, over the phone, or in the salon.
Vouchers:
If booking with a gift voucher, a 50% deposit will be taken from the voucher value. We will require your voucher number for this.
Late cancellation and no-show fees apply even when booking with a voucher.
Booking:
To confirm your appointment, a 50% deposit of the treatment price is required.
This can be done online, over the phone, or in the salon.
If the deposit is not received and your appointment is not confirmed by the day before, your booking will be cancelled.
Cancellations:
We require at least 24+ hours' notice for all cancellations or reschedules.
If you cancel with 48+ hours' notice, your deposit will be refunded or kept on account for future bookings.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Timing:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment or reduce your treatment due to limited time, and you will lose your deposit.
If your treatment is downsized, the full price of the original treatment will be charged.
No Shows:
No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
For any future bookings, a 100% payment will be required upfront.
Understanding Life Happens:
We understand that life can get in the way—whether it’s illness, family matters, or work. If you cannot make your appointment, feel free to send someone in your place to avoid losing your deposit.
Preparing for Your Appointment:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a relaxed start.
We ask that you come alone to fully enjoy your treatment and to respect the experience of other guests.
No need to wash your hair before your appointment—our team will take care of that!
