How long will I be at the hair spa for?
Depending on treatment booked
Luxe - 60 minutes at the Hair spa
Signature - 50 minutes at the Hair Spa
Express - 38 minutes at the Hair Spa
Any extra add ons will create additional time, if concerned please check with your spa therapist
What are the benefits of a hair spa?
At E.A collective our main focus is the health of your scalp & hair. With adding relaxation into the mix. Hair spas Improve blood circulation to the scalp which helps promote hair growth & healthy hair. We can help solve scalp concerns such as dandruff, hair fall or oily scalp. Focusing on the ends of your hair with multiple treatments throughout the service to reduce frizz, dryness, damaged hair & any other concerns
Will a hair-spa affect my coloured hair?
All our Kerastase products used are colour safe. When doing our consultation on our Kerastase K-Scan you will be asked about coloured hair, this will help us pick the correct range for your hair.
Can my friends and I come together?
Yes definitely, we have 3 hair spas available. Depending on availability for hair therapist - but we love treating groups and larger bookings!
We have a double room & single room available.
Another option is hiring out the whole spa, this is perfect for hens, party’s & larger friend groups.. chat to our receptionist for this information
Should I get regular hair spas?
Yes we do recommend some sort of hair spa service every 8-12 weeks, this gives us the opportunity to monitor how your scalp & hair concerns are tracking. We can compare the results with our K-scan, see the process and pamper you even more!
I’m pregnant, can I come?
All our Kerastase products are safe for all pregnancy, and products can be looked at & checked before use if this is a concern. Our spas are completely flat & do need all clients to relax completely flat on your back the whole treatment. If this is something you are unable to do for the long period of time, we would suggest waiting until after the delivery of your new born. We also do use essential oils in the treatments, so please let us know if that is a concern as we understand the use of some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy.
What do I wear?
Come in comfortable clothes that you can relax in, to get the most out of your treatment we require the top half of clothes off, but if your prefer not to do this you can wear a strapless bra & shirt for your ease & comfort. This attire will ensure our therapist can provide you with a neck & shoulder massage without requiring any clothing removal.
Do I get a blow dry?
Yes.. this is what is unique about our spa,
Both our Luxe & Signature package include a Blow dry & straighten or curls with a straightener!
The express is a blast off dry.. not a full blow dry. Perfect for shorter hair or naturally curly hair
How do I preparing for my appointment?
Please arrive 5-10 mins before your appointment, so you enjoy a relaxing start to your appointment.
Please come alone to your appointment.. so you can get 100% out of your treatment, also respecting other clients in the spa
No need to wash hair prior to appointment. We will handle that
